If things aren’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with a 7-day exchange or return policy on most items. Here’s a quick guide to help you through the process:

How to Make a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. They’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) to begin the process.

Step 2: Return Conditions

  • Unopened Items: Eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (shipping costs not included).
  • Opened Items: A 35% restocking fee applies (shipping costs not included). The item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts included.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Be sure to insure your package—Fornitune isn’t liable for any damage during return shipping without insurance.
  • Measure Before You Buy: Double-check that your furniture will fit through doors and spaces. Returns or exchanges due to sizing will follow the standard return policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special Orders
  • Clearance Items
  • Floor Models
  • Discounted or Used Items
  • Modified or Altered Products

Special Orders:

  • Final Sale: No returns or cancellations allowed.
  • Cancellation Penalties: Deposits for canceled special orders are non-refundable.
  • Order Delays: While delays may occur, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Refunds:

Once we’ve inspected your return (usually within 7-10 business days), your refund will be issued, minus any applicable fees (restocking and return shipping). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
